Good morning everyone.
Thanks for stopping by.
How’s your week gone? Another few days that have been a whirlwind, but without anything major happening!
I’m still getting used to my new gym classes. They seem to be going well and I’m getting settled into the new routines, trouble is one of the classes I’ve been going to for ages that has the same instructor is still as hard as when I started it. I did an exercise on Monday that had my feet against the wall facing out in a straight arm plank, moving backward into a bear squat and then forward to a press up! Well honestly it’s one of the hardest exercises I’ve ever done and yesterday I was still struggling to walk properly! I look like a 90 year old, wobbling around and needing to push myself up from even sitting!!! What’s that all about, I thought I was fit!!
Last night I just had to watch the football last night, the thrilling game had me on the edge of my seat, in fact the whole family were in a frenzy at times. We did it! I'm not quite sure how, but we did it! England are through to the final , so I guess we all know what I'll be doing on Sunday now! Did you watch any of the games?
Today’s outfit started off with a watch, my new watch it be exact and I’m thrilled with the design and colour.
Items marked with * have been gifted to me, however these are 100% my own honest comments.
I love a bit of statement jewellery and have a few striking necklaces and unusual watches in my collection. So when I was approached by Storm London to style one of their watches, this one caught my eye and I was excited to see it and wear it!
We all know pink is my all time favourite colour, but I have to say this shade of green, emerald green is stunning. I’ve always wanted a dress or anything in this shade but until now have never found the right thing. The watch looked so beautiful and in real life is even more striking.
The Elexi * has got a noticeable deep green jewel face and a two tone 21 karat gold plated strap which compliments the exquisite face beautifully.
Storm watches are made from high quality sustainable materials which have been responsibly sourced and are recyclable. Two years warranty is included in the package & the tempting price, it’s under £140, makes this affordable watch actual reality!
Let's talk about this voluminous dress. I wondered if it’d been too big on me, just because it’s got so much material.
I found it in my local supermarket for the very reachable £22.50! It’s my usual length - a midi with a deep v neck long both front and back. I caught sight of the puff sleeves aren’t they gorgeous. So along with the A link skirt that’s got a nice amount of fabric which creates stunning movement, this modest dress is a sight to behold … oh and it’s got pockets!!!!
I’d decided to wear all green when the watch arrived and once I’d found the dress is was an obvious choice to add my green lace up shoes and cute bag, do you often wear all one colour looks or have I inspired you to try if for yourself? Do let me know in the comments, or better still add a post to the linkup!
